Wheat Gluten is the pelletised dry co-product of the manufacture of wheat starch and gluten. It is composed of brans mixed with the evaporated wheat distillers syrup. Wheat gluten is the pelletised dry co-product of wheat flour manufacture. It is composed of brans mixed with the liquid syrup from the wheat starch purification process (c-starch) used as a binding agent. Wheat gluten feed is a fibre-rich ingredient, containing nutritious protein and starch, used in ruminant, swine, aqua feed, poultry feed and pet food.
